Joining Our Community

There are a few tiers of engagement that you can can choose from.

Community Tier

Our Community Tier is focused on building and deepening relationships with others! Plus, we have content and goal-setting exercises to help along the way.

At $10 per month you get access to:

An engaged, supportive community through various chat rooms and ad-free, encouraging social feed.
Weekly reflections and meditations that will leave you feeling inspired.
Annual retreat and workshop led by Catholic therapist Isaac Wicker.
Habit trackers to help you achieve concrete goals oriented toward mental, physical, and spiritual wholeness.

Content Tier

Our Content Tier is for those life-long learners. Be propelled toward continued healing through effective, inspirational, and practical programming. And do it within the context of a supportive community as well!

At $25 per month you get access to:

Whole Human Challenge, a 7-week coaching program designed by Isaac Wicker proven to break chronic patterns of anxiety.
Retreats such as the Path Out of Shame Retreat and the Here Am I Advent Program where you can spend intentional time with the Lord in the comfort of your own home.
Workshops on a variety of faith and mental health topics, and including guest professional coaches.
Book Studies with Dr. Matthew Breuninger on various psych and faith topics.
Livestream Recordings including "Ask Me Anything"s with Isaac and Matt, as well as interviews with guest collaborators.

VIP Tier

Our VIP Tier is for the people most closely invested in our community and our mission. These are the exclusive members who get direct access to Dr. Matthew Breuninger and Isaac Wicker, and who work with our company as we grow together!

Livestream Q&As. Instead of watching a recording, you get to be there live for all of our AMAs, guest interviews, book studies, and workshops with the ability to chat and ask questions.
